EpiGrid.AI provides independently purchasable Private AI hosting and EpiGrid AI OS services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are governed by the applicable agreement or statement of work.
Authorized Use
You may use our services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms, your agreements with EpiGrid, and applicable laws and regulations.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions associated with the data, content, and instructions you provide or authorize for use with the services.
Intellectual Property
EpiGrid and its licensors retain all rights in the services, software, documentation, and branding. Except as expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you.
Third-Party Platforms
Public AI platforms may be used only as comparisons or customer-licensed deployment platforms. EpiGrid.AI does not imply resale, endorsement, or partnership with those providers.
Important Details
Security and Service Terms
You must maintain appropriate account security and promptly notify EpiGrid of suspected unauthorized access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue services as permitted by the applicable agreement or when necessary to protect the security and integrity of our systems.
Work that connects AI directly to SOLIDWORKS or SOLIDWORKS PDM is delivered by your CAD reseller. These terms do not replace any signed customer agreement, which controls if there is a conflict.
